Chicken Tikka Masala Burrito

San Francisco, California
In front of the steps at San Francisco City Hall,
we ran across this amazing food truck accidentally.
Later learned they have more than one truck and apparently an actual restaurant.
We were discussing where and what to eat and couldn't decide between big burritos or maybe some Thai or Indian Food. Then we saw several trucks including this one, which, according to this..
was well liked and voted Best Of the Bay.
Menu listed Chicken Tikka Masala Burritos.
Done deal. Chicken Tikka Masala is one of my all time favorite meals.
I also pretty much enjoy any kind of burrito you're layin' down.
Two great things together again for the first time.
Why didn't I think of this?
Big huge onion slice for first bite. Only the beginning...
Chicken Tikka Masala Burrito
This just kept getting better and better with every bite.
Oh my Kali, this is just ridiculously delicious.
Pretty much exactly as good as I imagined it to be...
It's Chicken Tikka Masala, in a Burrito!
Large chunks of organic (Fulton Valley) chicken breast, nicely cooked.
Decent amount of tangy rice. Basmati? I don't know, but it was good.
Just enough sauce to make it spicy, gooey and tasty without being a sloppy mess.
The spice level was excellent for me, hot enough to make it interesting
 but not an endurance test.
Bottom Line:
Holy Grail of Indian Mexican Fusion.
