They are not messing around when it comes to Carnitas. Seriously delicious.

 I crave these tacos. Nothing fancy just simple perfection.
Juicy, chewy and delicious.

Served just the way I like them,

With onion, cilantro, and lime.

Perfectly prepared. Some of my favorite Carnitas Tacos in Orange County,

 or for that matter, Anywhere.

I know there are great Carnitas somewhere in San Diego.

 I just haven't found them yet.

Yes, I will drive to Orange just to eat these tacos. 

Then go across the street to The Bruery Provisions Store.
