Big bubbly head. Quite carbonated.

Smells like bananas and tropical fruit flavored bubblegum.

Tastes like bananas, apples, pears and  yeast.

A slight caramel taste is there but obviously less so than the darker beers.

I don't really dig the golden stuff much. I do not care for the Pale.

So this, like most of them just isn't my thing.

However it is definitely good and very flavorful.

Just not necessarily flavors I typically seek out.

Will re-visit in the future.

Pretty simple set up.
Everything you need, nothing that you don't.
That's my piece of fish frying up and waiting to be put in a tortilla.

Fish Tacos

Made to order, perfectly prepared. Lightly battered and well seasoned.

Real avocado, lettuce, creamy sauce. The fish is tender, flaky and tasty.

Definitely the best fish tacos I have had north of the border.

Absolutely the best in San Diego that I am aware of,

 and I am constantly on the hunt.

Lettuce, not cabbage. I prefer it.

Nothing fancy, just simple and tasty.

Perfectly fried to a nice crisp crust.

Inside flaky and tender. Delicious Fish Taco.

Gobernador Taco

Shrimp, cheese, grilled onion & peppers.

Lettuce & cream sauce.

Shrimp Ceviche Tostada
Fresh & tasty. With onion, cilantro, tomatoes & avocado.
